Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 3–7 business days after payment and completion of any required vehicle-compatibility confirmation. Custom wiring, programming, configuration, out-of-stock items or public holidays may require additional time. Any order-specific written delivery estimate takes priority over this general estimate.
Delivery estimates
Transit times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs inspections, carrier disruption, weather, remote-area service and other events outside our reasonable control may cause delays. We will provide tracking information when available and will communicate known material delays.
Address accuracy and changes
The customer must provide a complete delivery address, recipient name, telephone number and postal code. Contact us immediately if anything is incorrect. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch. Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect address, refusal or failed delivery may be deducted from a refund where permitted by law.
Tracking and signature
Customers should monitor tracking and arrange receipt of the parcel. High-value shipments may require a signature. A carrier’s delivery scan, signature or other proof of delivery may be used to confirm delivery.
Customs, duties and import taxes
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the order confirmation, the customer is responsible for destination-country customs duties, taxes, brokerage and import requirements. Refusing a parcel because of these charges does not automatically cancel the order. Any recoverable refund may be reduced by actual outbound, return, customs or carrier costs where permitted by law.
Loss or damage
If tracking stops updating, the parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, or the package arrives damaged, contact us promptly with the order number, photographs and any carrier report. We will work with the carrier and provide an appropriate solution based on the investigation and applicable law.
