These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made from Gerllish Auto through gerllishauto.com. By placing an order, requesting a custom invoice, or completing payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

1. Products and vehicle compatibility

Gerllish Auto supplies Android multimedia systems, digital dashboards, vehicle electronics and related accessories. Customers must provide accurate vehicle information, including make, model, year, trim, original equipment configuration, dashboard photographs and connector information when requested. Product images and specifications are intended to describe the item accurately, but minor appearance or software-interface differences may occur between production batches.

Before dispatch, the customer must review the order description and confirm that the selected product is suitable for the stated vehicle. Costs caused by incorrect or incomplete vehicle information supplied by the customer may be the customer’s responsibility, except where the product is defective, incorrectly supplied, materially misdescribed, or applicable law provides otherwise.

2. Prices, taxes and payment authorization

Prices are shown in the currency stated on the product page, invoice or payment page. Shipping charges, taxes, customs duties and import fees are shown separately where available. International customers are responsible for destination-country duties and taxes unless the written order confirmation states otherwise.

By submitting payment, the customer authorizes Gerllish Auto and its payment providers to charge the displayed order total using the selected payment method. The customer confirms that they are authorized to use that payment method and that the billing and delivery information is accurate.

3. Order review and acceptance

An automated acknowledgement does not guarantee acceptance. Gerllish Auto may contact the customer to verify compatibility, address details, payment risk or product availability before dispatch. We may cancel and refund an order if essential information cannot be verified, the product is unavailable, the price is clearly incorrect, or fraud is reasonably suspected.

4. Cancellations

Standard orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us promptly. After dispatch, cancellation is handled under the Refund and Returns Policy. Custom-configured or made-to-order products may not be cancelled after production or configuration has started, except where required by law or where Gerllish Auto agrees in writing.

5. Shipping and delivery

Processing and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by compatibility confirmation, stock, customs, carriers, weather or events outside our reasonable control. Tracking will be provided when available. High-value orders may require delivery signature. Customers must provide a complete and deliverable address and notify us of any error before dispatch.

6. Returns, refunds and warranty

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy. Product support and warranty claims are governed by our Warranty and Installation Policy. These policies form part of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Installation and use

Professional installation is strongly recommended. The installer must test the product and all functions before cutting, modifying or permanently securing wiring or vehicle trim. The customer is responsible for ensuring safe installation and lawful use. Installation labour, vehicle repair, loss of data and third-party costs are not covered unless expressly agreed in writing or required by law.

8. Customer service and payment disputes

If an order is delayed, damaged, defective, not received or different from its description, please contact Gerllish Auto promptly so we can investigate and offer an appropriate solution. Contacting us first often allows a faster resolution than a payment dispute. This request does not waive any lawful right to contact a card issuer or payment provider.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is opened, Gerllish Auto may provide the payment provider with relevant evidence lawfully available to us, including the order and invoice, the terms presented and accepted, customer communications, compatibility confirmation, payment information, shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, installation or troubleshooting records, and refund or replacement offers.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gerllish Auto is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by incorrect installation, incompatible third-party equipment, unauthorized modification, misuse, accidents or failure to follow instructions. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
